Beaverdam Creek House: 1 or 2 Bedrooms-You Pick! in Lake Norman

This guest house is located on a Lake Norman cove fed by Beaverdam
Creek.  The water is deep and inviting.  It is a fantastic getaway
for a couple, young family, fishermen or fisherwomen.  Responsible adult must be at least 25 years old.  This upstairs
suite has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full bath.  It has been newly outfitted with hardwood laminate and tile. The living-dining area is
homey and the kitchen is fully equiped with all amenities.  There is a dining room table for six.  It has a brand new 40" flat screen TV and blu ray player. Downstairs, a large, brand new second bedroom has been built and furnished with two queen size beds and flat screen TV and DVD player.  It has its own half bath for convenience.  In addition to the porch at the guest house, our visitors also have the use of the porch and kitchen (notice picture of kitchen with green walls) in front of the lake level of the main house. A gas grill, patio tables and chairs, and swing are available to our guests.
 
The fishing and boating enthusiasts will be delighted with the use
of the boat ramp and slip that come free with the guest house
rental.  A second slip may be rented for an added charge.  Guests can rent a boat from local businesses or bring their own, insured boat and jetskis and avail themselves of the free boat slip.  Swimming and fishing are enjoyed by many, and the lake is perfect for these activities.  An added extra is the
free use of our paddle boat, a Walker Bay rowboat, and two new kayaks for those wanting a leisurely exploration of the cove.

We offer a unique choice.  If you only need one bedroom we will give you a rate for one bedroom.  THis gives couples a chance for a personal get away at our usual bargain prices for a one bedroom guest house.  However, if your party consists of 3 to 6 people, you will want to reserve our two bedroom accomodations which are appropriate for larger groups.  Everything else we have listed is available to all who come whether your party is 2 or more people.

$75 fee per pet per week for preapproved pets.  No large dogs or
untrained dogs and cats. Bring paperwork from vet to show that animal is up to date on shots, etc.
$10 cleaning fee 1 bedroom reservation. $15 @ night for 2 bedroom reservation.
$250 security deposit fully refundable after visit if no repairs or replacements are necessary.  If you prefer, you may pay $49 (nonrefundable) for insurance with Property Damage Protection serviced by CSA for your stay.
Our weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday.
50% of total rental charge needed as deposit to hold
dates.  Your deposit confirms your reservation. Deposits are
refunded if cancellaton occurs 30 or more days before reserved
dates.  Non refundable when cancellation occurs under 30 days before
reservation time. We accept personal checks or Pay Pal (use of Pay Pal requires a surcharge for its use - fee is based on monetary amount if charged to your credit card) for deposit. Final payments by check must be received 21 days prior to arrival.    Balances paid less than 21 days before arrival must be a certified check, money order, cash or Pay Pal.

We reserve the right to change our rates at any time.  Any reservations made prior to changes in rates are honored at the rate established at the time the reservation was made.
