across the street from the beach where they have jet ski's and
para-sailing. You are a block from Clearwater public Beach where they
have sunset festivals every night. (2 hours before sunset to 2 hours
after sunset) At the festival they have arts and crafts, jugglers,
bands, a playground ect... Don't worry about parking you can walk
there. Minature Golf is a block south and the Clearwater Beach marina
is about 4 blocks north where they have all kinds of boating
activities. This condo has 1824 sq. ft. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath
condo with 10ft ceilings. It is newly furnished and built 3/2006.
This condo has a cabanna at the pool and bikes are available at your
own risk.

Sea World and Universal Studios is an hour and 1/2 away. Busch
Gardens is about 35 minutes away. You have the Spring Training for
the Base ball all around the area!
