the perfect getaway. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and
shops. Golf at Bay Creek is a 3 minute drive.

42" flat screen TV with Stereo Surround Sound, DVD, CD, cable with
HBO, Wireless Internet,gas log fireplace, 2 car garage (unload van
luggage racks first on the concrete drive), hardwood floors, two oven
kitchen with microwave, 3 of the five BR have full attached bath.
Washer/Dryer upstairs. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Custom kitchen
with granite countertops and island. New furniture in November 2007.
Walk in closets, marble bathrooms, & carpeted bedrooms make this a
vacation delight.

This property allows you to pick your pleasure: Sunsets from the
porches are on display over the Bay every clear evening, shopping,
golf, fishing, restaurants are all close by. Stay home and watch a
movie on the surround sound system in the living room. Go exploring
at the nearby wildlife reserve. In season, walk right into the

$1,400/week winter season - Oct 25 to March 22
$2,000/week spring/fall season - Mar 23 thru May 30 & Sept 6 to Oct 24

All rates are shown before taxes and cleaning.
Security deposit ($300) and 1/2 rent are due within two weeks from
reservation. Daily rates are available - call to discuss.
