Spacious, private 27’ x 8’ balcony on the Ocean. Master bedroom 
overlooks the ocean with a sliding glass door to the patio.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5th floor (Penthouse) condo. Completely 
renovated; new carpet, new furniture, new everything.

Master bedroom: king size bed, full bath, TV with remote, walk-in 
closet, safe, ceiling fan, computer desk, and gorgeous view of the 
ocean from the sliding patio door.  Lie in bed and watch the sunrise 
or listen to the waves as you fall asleep.

Second bedroom: 2 twin beds, TV with remote.  

Full size, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer

Living room: large sofa, loveseat, recliner/rocking chair, a 36” TV 
with VCR and DVD player. 

Dining area has a large table and chairs with two barstools at the 
kitchen bar.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1250 per week peak season
$1050 per week off season

Please add 11% tax and $80 cleaning fee to all rates

Rates are based on availability and season.

$300 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.  Balance is 
due at least 30 days prior to arrival date.  If booking lass than 30 
before your arrival date, full payment is required to guarantee your 
reservation.
