Spectacular Oceanfront is a gorgeous five-bedroom home with loft, with absolutely the best location
on the island. This spacious home is situated on 14 acres of lush tropical greenery: palm trees,
banana trees, lemon trees as well as fragrant hibiscus and jasmine adorn the grounds. A gated,
private pool overlooks the turquoise sea. Each deck on the first and second floors provides a
stunning 300 degree view of the Dolphin Head Peninsula and fine sand beach. Manatees, parrot fish
and other sea life can be consistently spotted, especially from the south deck. If you're fortunate,
you might catch the incredible "Green Flash" at sunset.

Cat Island has recently received notoriety from Outside magazine, Salt Water Sportsman magazine,
Florida Sportsman magazine, as well as coverage from ESPN, yet the island has not been impacted by
excessive tourism. There are grocery stores and excellent restaurants in the area.

Spectacular Oceanfront is a fully equipped five-bedroom (plus loft), three and one-half bath home
having all the amenities and comforts of home, and then some: Deluxe mattresses, barbeque grill,
gourmet kitchen with 2 sinks, all appliances including a brand-new stainless steel refrigerator,
dishwaster, wine coolers, wet bar, satellite tv, dial-up internet, dvd, vcr, stereo, chaise loungers
and beach towels and linens, beach bikes and sea kayaks. A small rowboat is also included with this
home. (Private small boat lift-equipped marina located on this estate).

Beachcombing, swimming, sea kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, tennis, shore and deep sea fishing,
bone fishing, excursions to the "Blue Holes" and caves or to dozens of isolated picturesque beaches
too beautiful to describe. Hike to the ruins of the "Hermitage" (highest point in all the Bahamas).
Visit the quaint shops where attractive bags, purses and hats (handmade from the native palm thatch)
can be purchased from Cat Island natives.
