This gorgeous home is in a gated community and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a great-room floor plan featuring formal living/dining rea, a family area that opens onto a screened lanai with solar heated pool. The lanai area is fully equipped with a stainless steel barbeque and beautiful outdoor furniture for entertaining and cookouts. Pool and beach gear included, and for the golfer - FREE GOLF BALLS!
The master suite includes a queen size bed, large walk-in closet and
bath with shower and oversize garden tub. The second and third
bedrooms each sleep two - one has a queen bed and walk in closet,
and the other has trundle beds with top of the line mattresses. All
linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided. All bedrooms
have cable TV.
This home has an inside laundry room, 2 car garage, central heat and
air, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV's - some with VCR/DVD
players, fast access internet and local phone service provided.
Absolutely everything is included, however, NO SMOKING OR PETS due
to owner's allergies.

Long term rental - $1,800 per month
A $500 deposit is required to hold reservations and will be applied
to rental rate due. No deposit refunds within 30 days of scheduled
reservation.
A $1,000 security deposit is required which will be fully refunded
(less a $150.00 cleaning fee) following departure and satisfactory
inspection.
