Our townhome is located in Palm Valley Country Club, one of the
primier private country club communities in the desert. With an
85,000 square foot clubhouse overlooking 2 Ted Robinson designed
golf courses, 16 championship tennis courts, golf & tennis pro
shops, complete spa & athletic facilities, full service salon, fine
dining restaurant, cocktail bar, and casual grill next to an olympic
size pool & spa, it is easily one of the most sought after
communities for both owners and renters.
This beautifully upgraded 1550 square foot townhome is tastefully
furnished, with new carpet & paint added in 2005. It has west &
south facing views of the #2 fairway on the Challenge Golf Course,
with a backdrop of the San Jacinto & Santa Rosa mountains.
The patio was completely re-modeled in 2005 in which the area was
enlarged & coated with a flagstone look surface, adding a new
professional built-in BBQ & island, and finished with new patio

massage. Or if you prefer, go directly to Bogie's Grill, have 6 or
7 fried eggs & hash browns and call for a taxi back to the condo for
a mid morning nap.
This is not a rental mill product. It is personally used, carefully
managed, and lovingly maintained by the owners. Renters are always
immediately cared for by the owners and family. Your questions &
concerns go directly into our e-mail and phones, and do not sit in a
third party voice mail system over the weekend & holidays.
