This home is managed by Beachhome Costa Rica Vacation Rentals.  Our  
office is located in downtown Jaco. We are there to assist you  
before and during your stay with any needs and issues. 
 
Located on the hills just above Jaco (5 minute drive) this elegant  
townhome enjoys cooler temperatures than at the beach. Savour  
sunsets and morning coffee on the ocean view balcony. Relax around  
the pool and Jacuzzi. 
 
Treat yourself to a vacation in the luxuriously appointed Alta Vista  
condominiums located on a private hilltop with on-site security. 
 
Enjoy cooler temperatures than at beach level and a tranquil view in  
these air-conditioned luxury condominiums, nestled between beautiful  
beaches and a lush rainforest. 
 
Only 5 minute drive to town and 12 to the Los Sueños Resort and  
Marina in Playa Herradura. 
 
The living room’s high ceiling and sliding doors open onto a private  
porch overlooking the Pacific Ocean. 
 
The Master Bedroom boasts a Queen bed, private balcony, master  
bathroom, and walk-in closet.  The second bedroom has a Full bed and  
balcony.  The third bedroom is on the lower floor and has a Full  
bed.  A sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep an additional 2. 
 
These condos offer conveniences such as central air conditioning, a  
fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, stereo system with CD player and  
DVD. 
 
The community’s private pool, Jacuzzi, and barbecue are located in a  
garden setting overlooking the beautiful mountains of Costa Rica.  
The pool may be used 24 hours.  The community maintains a “quiet  
hours” policy from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
