Vacation Rental Description

Our luxury 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is located at The Tallassee Center, 
in central downtown Tallahassee, behind Kleman Plaza (215 W. College 
Ave).  Talk about convenient!  We are within a few blocks of FSU 
(Florida State University), FAMU (Florida A&M University), Civic 
Center, and the State Capital, making it an easy walk for any 
ballgames or functions that are held there.  The downtown area has 
numerous restaurants and museums and is also convenient to the 
majority of the state government offices, along with the Leon County 
Courthouse.  

The Tallahassee Center amenities include a fitness room, business 
center (with 2 computers, printer and internet access), and large 
lounge/gathering area (designed for private parties, with many 
tables, TV's, kitchen and bar).  
  
We offer approximately 700 sq. ft. of living space.  This includes a 
comfortable living area (with double sleeper sofa and 27" TV), 
bedroom (queen-size bed and 27" TV), fully equipped kitchen, 
bathroom, and patio (wonderful view of Tallahassee's skyline and 
Kleman Plaza).  Our accommodations will sleep 2 to 4 people 
comfortably.  Perfect for a couple or a small family.

4 night weekend (T,F,S,S or W,T,F,S)..$520.00
3 night mid-week special (M,T,W)......$330.00
5 nights..............................$625.00

Monthly (for 1 to 3 months) .........$2000.00
        (for over 3 months) .........$1700.00

All renters must be over the age of 25.   

Mid-week specials do not apply to holidays.  
 
A $35.00 cleanup fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit are 
required with each stay. Rates are subject to Florida sales tax.

We accept personal checks, money orders, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

** Deposit required to secure the rental (will be returned after 
cleanup).  The rental fee and cleanup fee are due two weeks prior to 
arrival.
