The cottage has all the amenities of home to include stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops. The home is equipped with a full laundry facility as well as cable tv and internet.

Within minutes from the cottage, you can find yourself wine tasting
at one of the many vineyards, catching some rays at the beach, or just spending a day shopping at one of the many antique shops. In the cooler months enjoy the Fall colors, some great cross country skiing, and the many winter festivals.  For the young at heart enjoy minature golf,
horseback riding, kayaking, boat rentals, and some of the most beautiful bike
trails.  Union Pier is located just minutes from downtown New Buffalo, the Four Winds Casino and Whittaker Woods golf course.

May 19th-June 30th: $300 per nt. (3 nt. Min) or $1600/week

July 1st.- Sept. 5th: $400 per nt. (5 nt. min) or $2400/week

Sept. 6th- Dec 1st: $600/weekend, $275/week night, $1700/week

Cleaning and  sales tax is not included in above rate.

Holidays rates  not in peak season are $400 per night ( 3 night min. )
