almost two acres of land just over a mile from downtown Union Pier.
Within minutes from the cottage, you can find yourself wine tasting
at one of the many vineyards, catching some rays at the
beach, enjoying all the antique shops, and quaint restaurants.
Union Pier is just minutes from the Four Winds Casino and Whittaker
Woods Golf Course. In the cooler months enjoy the outside fire pit. The house also offer a six person outdoor hot tub. The area offers great cross country
skiing and winter festivals.

The cottage has all the amenities of home. You will find everything
for extended stays as well as holidays.

The area offers activites for the young at heart. Minature golfing,
horseback riding, kayaking and some of the most beautiful bike
trails are just a few of the activities. If you are looking to
relax, enjoy the wine vineyards,restaurants, and quaint shops. The
Fall brings beautiful colors, pumpkin picking, and cross country
skiing. The new Four Winds Casino and Whittaker Woods Golf Course
are less the ten minutes away. If you are looking for something to
do and I have not listed I am sure the area of Union Pier offers it.

Dec 1st.-May 14th. $475/weekend, $175/week night, $1200/week
Cleaning charge of $150 and a 6% sales tax is not included in above
rate.
Holidays rates are $400 per night ( 3 night min. )
