concrete ramp leading down to the oyster and sand beach.  Home is 
well equipped, has 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, 2 dining areas, 2 great 
rooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a den.  Has a large concrete patio for 
outdoor dining with lawn furniture.  Perfect for 2 families or a 
retreat or family gathering.  Kitchens and great rooms look onto 
beautiful Hood Canal. Need only bring your personal items and toys.

Activities and Attractions

Home is situated on Hood Canal frontage, deep water moorage.  It is 
just miles from Lake Cushman and a 9 hole golf course.  Marina is 
located within 1/8 mile from home, with boat and kyak rentals, snack 
shop and small store.  It is about 1/2 hour from Alderbrook Golf 
Course.  Octopus Hole is veiwed from deck if you  like to Scuba 
Dive.  Oysters and Clams for your picking.  Check Washington State 
Fisheries and Wildlife for rules and regs.
Lots of wildlife close by. Orcas Whales were seen from deck last 
year.  Winter activities at Lake Cushman and 
Staircase in the winter, as weather permits

Peak season and holidays....May 15 - Sept. 30....All government holidays....
$240/night (3 night minimum)*....$1630/week*....$6000/month*
Off season....Oct. 1 - May 14....$210/night*....$1420/week*....$5000/month*
Reservations Require a 50% Deposit to Confirm. Final Payment and a $300 Refundable
Security Deposit Are Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival. Reservations Are Refundable
Minus a $150 Re-Booking Fee as Long as We Can Re-Rent the Unit.
Rates Do Not Include 10.3% WA State Lodging Tax and $90.00 Cleaning Fee.
*$10 charge per person over 5....$10 pet fee
