There are many gold courses in Ormond Beach.  Palm Coast which boasts its 5 Jack Nicholas golf  
courses is located only 15 minutes north of Ormond by the Sea. 
 
Orlando is located only 1 hour away and Kennedy Space Center is less  
than an hours drive from Ormond by the Sea. 
 
There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers.

Vacation Rental Rates

This unit available weekly, monthly, or daily. Minimum rates are  
weekly, less than one full week from Saturday through Saturday.

Biketoberfest, Rolex, Daytona 500, Bike week, Daytona 200, Spring  
break, Pepsi 400. 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
Rates are subject to the 12.5% tourism tax and a one time $70  
cleaning fee.  Rates are subject to change unless deposit is  
received and reservation confirmed. 
 
To secure the date, a $200 refundable security deposit is required. 
   
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. 
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
