Vacation Rental Description

Our Patio Villa is a little over a year old.  RENTAL INCLUDES NEW 4-
seater golf cart.  Our villa is climate controlled with 2 bedrooms 
(each has a queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps and a ceiling fan), 2 
baths, kitchen (with table and 4 chairs, microwave oven, dishwasher, 
complete service of dishes and all you need), dining room with 
vaulted ceiling (includes table to seat six), the living room with 
vaulted ceiling has a sofa, love seat, entertainment center with a 
27" T.V., coffee table, 2 end tables and 2 lamps), lanai (with table 
and 4 chairs) and a 1 1/2 car garage. The master bedroom also has a 
T.V. with remote and a clock radio.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include free golf on over 20 executive courses.  The 9+ 
championship courses require a fee.  There are olympic-size pools, 
several adult pools and also family pools (see info below regarding
The Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card), bowling alleys, softball 
fields, billiard tables, a polo field and many excellent 
restaurants, a scenic collection of shops in the Town Squares, 
supermarkets, churches and 2 (8-screen) movie theaters.  

There is nightly entertainment on the 2 Town Squares where you can 
dance to different music each night; rock and roll, jazz and 
country.  
 

Activities and Attractions

We are located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and all the 
Walt Disney attractions, including Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Animal 
Kingdom, Universal Studios, Epcot, etc.  We are little more than an 
hour from Daytona Beach on the East Coast and 90 minutes away from 
Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater on the West Coast.

There is truly so much to do in The Villages, you probably will 
never want to leave.  It feels like an adult Disney community.  
In order to fully enjoy the amenities of The Villages, you may want 
the (optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card to get all 
privileges that you would have if you were a resident; which 
includes free golf at all Executive golf courses for walkers.  
(there's a nominal fee for using a cart) and access to all 
Championship golf courses and also access to all adult and family 
pools plus other Villages amenities.  The Villages Amenity Transfer 
ID Cards can be obtained through The Villages for a one time fee of 
$50 per couple, good for the length of your rental period.

The Villages has a shuttle service between The Villages and the 
Orlando Airport.  Contact information for these services is 
available upon request.
