The Chinquapin Vacation Home at the Lake of the Ozarks is the
perfect location for a large gathering of family, friends or
business associates looking for a meeting place outside of the
office, in a more relaxing atmoshphere. The vacation home which is
situated on the 13 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, in Chimney
Cove, features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The home has two furnished levels occupying nearly 6000 square
feet. The upper level of the home contains a full kitchen with
electric cooktop, stove, separate broiler two full sinks and a
dishwasher. The kitchen of the home is fully stocked and ready for
the group chef with all of the amenities of your kitchen at home. A 
player, electric fireplace and fantastic view of the lake.
The queen size sectional sofa sleeper provides for additional
sleeping space. Adjoining the living room is the dining room which
contains a wet bar and table that seats 8 which also overlooks the
lake.  A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room with a TV, VCR/DVD.  The upper level contains 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a
King Size bed as well as its own private bathroom and walk in
closet. The additional two bedrooms on the upper level also contain
King Size beds and share a hallway bathroom. Two of the three upper
level bedrooms including the master suite face the lake and have
sliding glass doors that exit to the upper level deck area.

The lower level of the home is equally expansive featuring a second
full kitchen, living area, game room and thee additional bedrooms.
The lower level kitchen has a stove, down draft cooktop, dishwasher
as well as a breakfast bar which seats 6. The lower level living
area also contains a queen size sofa sleeper, large TV with DVD
player, electric fireplace and windows overlooking the lake. The
game room has a pool table as well as a card table. The thee
bedrooms in the lower level all have private bathrooms. The first
bedroom has a King Size bed, the second has a full size bed and the
third has 3 sets of bunk beds (6 twin beds).

The lake home has ample room for parking and a 3 well covered dock
with a swim platform. The deck spans the length of the front of the
home to overlook the quiet cove centrally located on the 13 mile
marker. A hot tub, pool table, and poker table are just a few of the
amenities offered in this beautifully decorated home.

June: $6000 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
July: $6500 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
August $6500 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)

Fall Rates: $1980/week or $495/night (begins the day after Labor Day through
Oct. 31st)
Spring Rates: $1980/week or $495/night (begins April 1st through Thursday prior to Memorial Day)
Winter Rates: $1580/week or $395/night (Nov. 1 through March 31)

All Reservations subject to 10.975% Sales & Occupancy Taxes as well as
a $200 cleaning fee.
50% deposit upon reservation, remaining balance due one month prior to
your arrival.
