Fairway Cottage is a wonderful place for a family or couples to
getaway. It is a short walk into Tahoe City a lovely Lakeview and
even though it is quite close to town has an extrmely private back
yard that backs up to National Forest and the Rim Trail. A short
track uphill from the back of the house will land you on the Rim
Trail which goes all the way around the Lake.
The Cottage has new carpet and beautiful new furniture with a very
comfortable living area focusing on a beautful stone hearth and gas
fireplace.
There is a King bed in bedroom one and a queen in the second
bedroom. All the linens are new and high quality. The Leather sofa
in the living room is a high quality fold out queen bed.

For skiing and snowboarding, the cabin has a close proximity to
Alpine Meadows (5 miles), Homewood (7 miles), Northstar (10 miles)
and Squaw Valley (7 miles). In addition, you do not have to battle
the Highway 89 traffic once you are in Tahoe City.
Tubing and sledding can be done at the local resorts and there are
nearby golf courses, hiking trails, bike trails, beach access, and
boat ramps.

2 Night Weekend $520 during High Season
2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a
weekend in high season.

Cleaning Fee: $90
Tax: 10%
Dog Fee: $30/dog/stay
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an
advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in
so please give us a call.
Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call
collect. There is no charge for local calls.
