Vacation Rental Description

Oceanfront modern 2 bedroom cottage at Nubble Light house in York  
Maine. Sit on the rocks watching the tourists admiring your view of  
Nubble Cove and the Nubble Lighthouse.  Sit on your deck or inside  
your cottage watching the Nubble Lighthouse and the waves crashing  
against the rocks.  Listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep.  
Photos #1 and #3 are views from the deck.  
 
No smoking in Cottage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New bath and fully equipped kitchen with silestone countertops,  
beadboard cabinets, catherdral ceiling with ceiling fan, ceramic tile  
floor, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fireplace, Weber  
gas grill, wicker deck furniture with cushions, large deck with views  
of the ocean and the lighthouse, color cable TV.  Access to private  
2.5 acres with 400 foot ocean frontage.  
 
Queen-size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom,  
plus a queen-size sleeper couch in living room.   
 
New Cedar siding and new Anderson 400 series windows including 2  
picture windows and sliding door to deck and sliding windows in  
kitchen, bedroom, and living room and velux roof window in living  
room. Also, eliptical and awning windows in peak.      

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful Long Sands and Short Sands Beaches with arcade,  
playground,  York Wild Animal Kingdom, shops, and restaurants are all  
nearby.  

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates 
 
Early Season   May 10th-22nd and May 26th-June 20th ($1,100 per week) 
 
Memorial Weekend  - May 23rd, 24th and 25th - ($825 for 3 nights) 
 
In-Season - June 21-Sept 1  ($1,750 per week) 
 
Late Season - Sept 2nd - October 31st ($1,200 per week) 
 
In 2008, shorter stays in early season available for $175.00 per  
night and $190.00 per night in late season with a 3 night minimum  
stay.   
 
A refundable $200.00 security/cleaning deposit is also collected.
