Maine. Sit on the rocks watching the tourists admiring your view of
Nubble Cove and the Nubble Lighthouse. Sit on your deck or inside
your cottage watching the Nubble Lighthouse and the waves crashing
against the rocks. Listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep.

Queen-size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom,
plus a queen-size sleeper couch in living room.

 
New Cedar siding and new Anderson 400 series windows including 2
picture windows and sliding door to deck and sliding windows in
kitchen, bedroom, and living room and velux roof window in living
room. Also, eliptical and awning windows in peak.

Beautiful Long Sands and Short Sands Beaches with arcade,
playground, York Wild Animal Kingdom, shops, and restaurants are all
nearby.

2009 Rates

Early Season  - May 11th-21st and May 25th-June 19th ($1,100 per week)

Memorial Weekend - May 22nd, 23rd, and 24th - ($825 for 3 nights)

In-Season - June 20-Sept 7 ($1,800 per week)

Late Season  - Sept 8th - October 31st ($1,200 per week)

In 2009, shorter stays in early season available for $175.00 per
night and $190.00 per night in late season with a 3 night minimum
stay.

A refundable $200.00 security/cleaning deposit is also collected.
