Maine. Sit on the rocks watching the tourists admiring your view of
Nubble Cove and the Nubble Lighthouse. Sit on your deck or inside
your cottage watching the Nubble Lighthouse and the waves crashing
against the rocks. Listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep.

Queen-size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom,
plus a queen-size sleeper couch in living room.

 
New Cedar siding and new Anderson 400 series windows including 2
picture windows and sliding door to deck and sliding windows in
kitchen, bedroom, and living room and velux roof window in living
room. Also, eliptical and awning windows in peak.

Beautiful Long Sands and Short Sands Beaches with arcade,
playground, York Wild Animal Kingdom, shops, and restaurants are all
nearby.

2012 Rates

Early Season  - May 10th - 24th and May 28th - June 22nd ($1,100 per week)

Memorial Weekend - May 25th, 26th, and 27th - ($850 for 3 nights)

In-Season - June 23rd - Sept 3rd ($1,800 per week)

Late Season  - Sept 4th - October 31st ($1,200 per week)

In 2012, shorter stays in early season available for 185.00 per
night and $200.00 per night in late season with a 3 night minimum
stay.

In-season, shorter stays are sometimes available for $300 per night with a 3 night minimum. 

A refundable $200.00 security/cleaning deposit is also collected.

All rates are subject to 7% Maine Lodging Tax
