$85.00 - per night (2 night minimum plus $35.00 cleaning fee) 
$10.00 - per additional person per night; children under 12 free 
$525.00 - per week includes cleaning fee  
 
*Add 10% for occupancy and sales tax 
50% down to hold reservation, remainder to be paid in full 2 weeks  
prior to arrival date.  Payment must be in form of check or money  
order.
