renovated and impeccably decorated. A five minute walk to Short Sands
or Long Sands Beach.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The house has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The bedrooms are Master
with kingsize, BR 2 (kingsize) BR 3 (two fullsize) BR 4 (one twin).
There 4 televisions, DVD, VCR, piped in stereo, Computer and Wireless
Broadband. Great telescope. Weber gas grill, Washer/dryer and all
the kitchen amenities one could imagine. There is a fenced in area
with sandbox and toys for young children. Parking for 6+ cars in the
driveway. Carts to load the cooler, beach chairs, towels, 6 boogie
Boards and wheel them all down the street to the beach. Golf
privledges at the Cape Neddick Country Club. Just a one hour drive
from Boston and a 45 minute drive from Portland. Available weekly or
monthly year-round.
Activities and Attractions
Located on Scenic Nubble Road, just a short walk to beaches,
restaurants,clubs with evening entertainment, quaint shops, an
amusement park, wild animal kingdom and the famous Cape Neddick Light
House. Lots of antiquing along Route 1. Enjoy evening concerts at the
Gazebo at Short Sands Beach. Portsmouth, NH is a 15 minute drive with
it's great shops, restaurants, harbor boat cruises and historic
district. Ogunquit is a ten minute drive where you can enjoy the
charm of "Perkins Cove" or theatre at the famous Ogunquit Playhouse.
Or just relax and enjoy the fabulous views from your own rental.
