Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our vacation retreat and your home away from home. We 
think you'll find this to be one of the best if not "the" best deal 
in the Palm Springs area. Located on the outskirts of Desert Hot 
Springs and just 10 minutes north of Palm Springs in Mission Lakes 
C.C., you'll find quiet seclusion that is still convenient to 
everything this desert playground has to offer. Surrounded by snow-
capped mountains and located in a secure community with pool,tennis 
courts,clubhouse and golf for your enjoyment, you may never want to 
leave. Our spacious 2000 sq. ft. home is fully furnished,tastefully 
decorated and completely equipped, just bring your clothes,your 
clubs and your camera. There are four separate sleeping areas, one 
with a king bed(MBR suite),two with queen-size and a sleeper sofa in 
the LR. All have satellite TV/VCR/DVD and large closets. A fully 
equipped gourmet kitchen awaits the inner "Emeril" in you. The 
living & dining great room features vaulted ceilings and sliding 
glass doors to the covered back patio which opens up to a large 
private back yard. Treat yourself without breaking the bank!         
Please note this is a non-smoking home. Outdoor Patio is OK.

NOTE: Refundable $100 to $250 damage deposit
      10% discount available for multiple weeks/months
      Holiday weeks an extra $100-$200/wk.
