This modern, yet cozy house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that
can comfortably sleep up to six people. The master bedroom with a
beautiful view of the water has king size, four poster bed with
private bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen
size bed and the guest bath offers a walk in shower. The living
room has a sleeper sofa which allows for additional bedding. Most
rooms have a water view and overlook the lush tropical landscaping
that surrounds the house and gives that “tropical calm.” The home
features central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, fireplace,
DVD, CD radio and alarm clocks. There is a washer & dryer, towels,
hairdryer, linens, iron and board, dining area with seating for six
and four televisions with cable. The private backyard has plenty of
garden chairs to enjoy social activities by the pool.  The kitchen is
fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee and tea maker,
crock pot, toaster oven, toaster, George Foreman grill, tea pot,
dishes, utensil, basic essentials and a dishwasher. The game room

Payment Policies: A Security/Damage deposit of $500.00 for stays
less than four weeks and $1,000.00 for stays of four weeks or more
is due upon booking. Security/Damage deposit and pet deposit (if
applicable) is due upon confirmation of booking. Dates are held
upon receipt of deposit. 50% of rental fee is due thirty days
prior to arrival with balance due 14 days prior to arrival date.
The Security /Damage deposit will be returned within thirty days of
departure. Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of
the deposit. Cancellation Policies: No refunds on cancellations
received less than 45 days prior to arrival date. A $100.00 service
charged will be deducted from any cancellation for processing fees.
Deposit and fees can be made in the form of personal check, bank
check, money order/cashier’s check or Pay Pal. If using Pay Pal
please include the 2.9% user fee for people within the United States
and 3.9% for users outside the United States. Please add 12% tax
to all rental fees.
Cleaning Fee is $100.00 and due 14 days prior to arrival. Pool & Spa
heating is available at a seasonal rate. Check-in is at 4 pm and
check-out is at 11am. Animals permitted with owner’s prior
permission and deposit. Absolutely no more than 2 animals
permitted. No smoking is permitted. Management next door.
