Vacation Rental Description

This air conditioned condominium is located on Lake Windermere, with  
a private beach, swimming area and tennis court...a great family  
location.   
 
Fully self contained, you have everything you need at your disposal.  
The condo has 1160 sq. ft. on two levels.   
Two bedrooms are on the second level - one with two double beds and  
the other with one queen bed.   
- There are two baths:  one 3 piece and one 4 piece.   
- The kitchen is well supplied with all major & small appliances.   
 
Invermere is located in the beautiful Columbia Valley, approximately  
3 hours from Calgary, only 20 minutes away from Fairmont Hot Springs  
and Radium Hot Springs.

- Private Beach & swimming area, including swimming platform & slide. 
- Private Tennis court.  
- Roof-top patio provides privacy, and a great view of the lake

Activities and Attractions

During the Summer there are plenty of activities to choose from in  
the area. Including: 
- Hot Pools: World famous hot pools at Radium and Fairmont. 
- Golfing:    
          o World class golfing including courses at nearby Radium  
and Fairmont, as well as Grey Wolf, Eagle Ranch, and Copper Point.  
          o Several Par 3's and "Executive" 9-hole courses are also  
availble within a 30 minute drive.  
- Hiking, Biking, & horse back riding in the Columbia Valley and the  
surrounding mountains, including great facilities at Panorama.  
- Watersports and rentals available nearby 
  o Including boat, jet ski, canoes, and kayaks.  
- White Water rafting tours available in the area include: 
          o Toby Creek, Kootenay and Kicking Horse Rivers 
 
Great Skiing available until April 15. There are several ski hills  
to choose from. 
 - Panorama ski hill is only 25-30 minutes away. Great for all skill  
levels.   
 - Other ski hills include Kicking Horse in Golden, B.C., approx.  
one hour away. Kimberly ski hill in Kimberly, B.C. and Fernie ski  
hill in Fernie, B.C. approx. two hours away. 
These ski areas will delight any downhill skier or snowboarder. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$250 per night plus GST (6%)...3 night minimum.  
$1200 Cndn. per week plus GST to June 15th 
$1400 Cndn. per week plus GST June 15th to Sept. 8th.  
 
Weekly rentals only during July and August.  Saturday to Saturday. 
 
No Pets. No smoking.
