Corporate or Vacation Condo Located 5 min to Hotel Circle, Mission Valley Mall and Fashion Valley  
Mall.  Beautiful, safe, clean neighborhood, away from resort hotels.  2 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness gym,  
assigned parking, gas BBQ, 8 miles to Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, 9 miles to Seaworld, Airport,  
Downtown, Gaslamp, Convention Center, Seaport Village. 10 miles to Mission Beach.   Near I-15, 8,  
163, and 805. A mile near dozens of ethnic restaurants (Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Korean,  
Mexican, Italian) and American cuisine.  All are reasonably priced - eat a full meal for $6.00  
because there is so much competition.  Delicious ethnic food!  
 
Near Children's Hospital, Sharp Hospital, Kaiser Hospital, SDSU, UCSD.  
 
New, comfortable plush Queen Murphy bed   
  
Assigned Parking for one vehicle.   
 
No Smoking and no pets!

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept - May: $99/night or $1980/month. 
Minimum 4 nights.  Less than 4 nights, add $10/night. 
 
July to Aug. $189/night or $4000/month. 
Minimum 7 nights.  Less than 7 nights, add $10/night. 
 
Cleaning Fee 
$69 
$99 for monthly rental 
 
Relaxing Therapeutic Massage 1 hr - $89 only.  Schedule an appointment early to get your date.   
Massage Therapist will come to the condo. 
 
Monthly rental by check payment only 
 
Visa or Master accepted for non monthly rental only.  Minimum of 7 nights.  Check payment preferred. 
 
Your dates are only officially reserved with credit card reservation or receipt of rental fee. 
 
50% deposit upon reservation, 50% due at least 30 days before arrival. 
 
Check-in: 3:30 PM       Check-out: 11 AM 
 
Security Deposit for monthly rental required.
