This home is managed by Beachhome Costa Rica Vacation Rentals. Our
office is located in downtown Jaco. We are there to assist you
before and during your stay with any needs and issues.
Casa Miguel is a great home in a great location. The house is
located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and still only a few steps
away from the center of town and the beach (about 250 and 450 yards
respectively).

Its Nicaraguan tiles and tropical gardens lend it a colonial air.
The house is spacious and completely air conditioned. The living
room is comfortable and has TV/DVD. Upstairs there's another living
room with TV. The pool area has lounge chairs and a picnic table to
enjoy the garden, as well as a charcoal grill.

It has wireless internet, a safe large enough for a laptop, security
alarm and security bars on windows and doors.

We can rent just the 4 bedrooms on the lower floor (8 people) or all
6 bedrooms (except Christmas and New Year weeks where we rent only
the full house). In all cases, there would only be one group of
renters at a time.
