This cottage's setting is toward the back, more wooded & quiet area of
the community. Only a short walk to the rec hall & large pool, you
have the privacy of the smaller pool right near by, quiet, wooded
surroundings on porch and patio, and tennis courts across the way.
Cottage has hardwood floors throughout, gas fireplace for warmth or
romantic evenings, ceiling fan, carpeted three-seasoned screen/glass
room, 2-bedrooms - one with double bed, one with bunk beds, full bath,
pullout sofa, sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully applianced kitchen.

The resort has three swimming pools, a hot tub & recreation building.
Amenities at the resort include bocce, tennis, and recreation hall
with video game room, pool table and pizza & supervised, movie nights
for children. Area great for walking, biking or taking the trolley,
which makes various stops throughout the area.

Located one mile from beautiful Southern Maine beaches. Choose from 5
different beaches daily. Recreation nearby includes swimming, golf, 2
miniature golf courses, biking, hiking, shopping, great restaurants,
kayaking, fishing, and boating.

Rentals are weekly only in prime season.

Weekly check-in Saturdays at 3pm and check-out Saturdays at 11 am.

May 1 - June 14, 2013 $1175/week
June 15 - September 7, 2013 $1250/week

September 8 - October 31, 2012 $800/week

Plus $85/week cleaning fee.

Security Deposit $200, refundable with no damage.

7% Maine tax will be added to all rates
