famous Playa Los Muertos beach. It is sited on a small rise that
affords a near 360-degree view of the ocean and surrounding
mountains, in a small residential community. This oversized two-
room apartment seems surprisingly spacious, with windows on both
sides boasting cozy balconies and partial ocean views. Completed in
2005, this vacation home has custom granite countertops
and tiled shower, and is finished with gleaming tropical hardwoods
and matching furnishings. This unit is the most convenient in the
entire resort to the infinity pool – the largest on the South Side –
and hot tub. The community area also offers a complete workout
room, sundeck and shaded palapa area for conversation or just
relaxing with a good book. The historic trees have been preserved,
and the gardens are carefully tended for flowers and cooling shade.
Guests and residents alike remark on is how quiet and serene the
resort is, yet just a couple minutes walk from the bustling
shopping, restaurant and nightlife district that is the essence of
the Romantic Zone. This is truly your romantic casita, whether for

Pillow-top king-sized bed with high thread-count cotton linens, down
pillows and duvet (one couple described it as “the best bed in
Mexico!”).
Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, gas range and full size
refrigerator.
Comfortable dining/office area – doors between this area and the
living area may be closed off for additional privacy and flexibility.
Cable TV with DVD player, CD player/radio with Ipod jack, high-speed
wireless internet on request.
3 ceiling fans, A/C with remote.
Bath with separate dressing/vanity area. Custom tile and stained
glass in the shower area.
Curtains have light-blocking liners to accommodate late sleepers
Hair dryer, travel iron, lots of fluffy bath towels, 4 beach towels
Weekly maid service
Free washer & dryer (shared with 4 other units) just down the steps
from your door.

Activities and Attractions
If you can bear to leave the resort's infinity pool, spa tub,
fully-equipped exercise room, sun deck and shady palapa lounge area,
the rest of the city awaits! Just two blocks from this quiet retreat
lies Olas Altas, the busy, main shopping and nightlife street in the
Playa Los Muertos area. Two more blocks and you are on Basilio
Badillo, "restaurant row", with yet more shops, restaurants and
nightspots to entertain you. The Los Muertos Pier offers a variety
of boat outings. The owner, who operates an in-house rental agency
at Selva Romantica, can supply you with tour information and
identify various activities and events to help you plan your trip.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates vary with the season in Puerto Vallarta. During the summer
months, the low end will apply. $650.USD/week from May 1 - November
1. From Nov. 1 -
April 30, the rate is $875./week, with the period from Dec. 20 - Jan
3 at $1250/week. These rates include
all taxes, maid service and utilities, with a one week minimum stay.
A completely
refundable deposit of $250 is required, along with a signed rental
agreement. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING
