Vacation Rental Description

2800 Sq Ft Luxury Villa situated on beautiful corner lot with views 
of wide intersecting canals.  This lovely pool home, with it's 
high ceilings, has fans in every room, as well as on the lanai, and 
an intercom to provide stereo music throughout.  IT ALSO HAS 
WIRELESS, HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS!  It has four lovely 
bedrooms with 3 baths, in a split bedroom design.  The large family 
room with it's breathtaking views of sunsets over the canal, has a 
large-screen TV for family viewing, and a queen-sized sleeper-sofa 
for additional accommodations.  The house has a formal dining room, 
formal living room, complete kitchen, with island and separate 
eating area, overlooking the large lanai.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool is screened in and heated with an electric heater.  
Lanai area has 2 patio sets, plus additional lanai chairs and 
lounge.
HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.  
Home includes a crib and high-chair.  A fax machine is 
also available for your use.  
Our 21' Deckboat is located right on your dock and available 
for rent should you wish.  It seats up to 10 persons - 6 very 
comfortably. 

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy cruising through the canals or boat out to the Gulf of Mexico 
and find a private beach and anchor.  You can fish off the oversized 
dock, drive to the Watersplash Water park 10 minutes from the house, 
shop at the large outlet Malls just south on I-75, or play a round 
of 
golf at the many golf courses in the area.  Cape Coral and Ft. Myers 
have numerous attractions for your enjoyment.

     Each add'l Adult:  $160/Wk
Dec 16-Jan 6, 2007: $2000/Wk (5 Adults)
     Each add'l Adult:  $200/Wk
Jan 6-May 30, 2007:  $1595/Wk (5 Adults)
     Each add'l Adult:  $160/Wk

Plus 11% Tax and $120 End Cleaning Fee
$300 Refundable Damage Deposit

Boat:  $600/Wk All Year - Plus $300 Refundable Damage Deposit
