Welcome to Dune Pointe in Fort Walton Beach, a few of the white sand  
beaches around the United States, The Dune Pointe is great family  
and  
friends resort.  
There are a lot fun activities for your enjoyment! Rent a scooter  
and  
enjoy the breeze while touring the city, visit the many shopping  
stores and outlet malls or go golfing. How about a fishing trip? 
 
Onsite you will find a nice outdoor pool a fitness gym, lighted  
tennis court, picnic areas for cookouts, and much much more. Come  
and  
experience all Destin has to offer. Shopping Stores, Restaurants and  
Gulf courses are within a mile. 
 
 
Our home was built in 2001 has 1258 sq. ft and was meticulously  
furnished for our family and yours to enjoy, the unit is located on  
the 5th floor, very elegant, glass walls to overlook the beach,  
completely costumed decorated for those who want the best. We have  
top of the line appliances, full Gourmet kitchen with utensils and  
cookware, granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and  
microwave, even a washer and dryer!!  Breakfast bar with stools and  
a  
Dining Table for 4 that opens up to the Living Room where you will  
find a QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER (sleeps 2)to enjoy a program on TV or  
playing your favorite tunes on the stereo system.  
 
This is a 2 Bedroom unit that features a King Size Master Bedroom  
TV,  
VCR, large closet and own bathroom with jetted tub. Incredible views  
to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sandy beach. 
 
The second bedroom has its own bathroom 2 twin beds and a large  
closet as well.  
 
Dune Pointe is 24/7 monitored for your security and ours; covered  
parking is available, kid friendly environment. NO PETS. NON Smoking.

treat it as your home we want you to enjoy the best at the most
