Vacation Rental Description

Gulf Access...  Are you into boating?  We'll if you want to trailer 
your boat, you may have a slip available.  Slips are up to 30' in 
length on first come first serve basis - Usually plenty available.  
Also dry boat storage if you do not want to leave in the water.  
Boat launch very close by.  This penthouse unit offers huge views of 
the Caloosahatchee River.  New furniture with a moden feel including 
large wall mount plasma tv, poker table setting, dart board, pull 
out couch, outdoor grill, comfortable beds and chairs...

Vacation Rental Amenities

Boating at its best with Gulf Access to big tarpon, shark, snook, 
triple tail, red fish... you name it!  Heated Pool, hot tub, pool 
table, rec room, picnic table with grills, boat dock for fishing 
(full light and plumbing on docks)...

Activities and Attractions

Parks, Boating, Dinner Theatre Train, Downtown clubs, bars, shops, 
restaurants all in the immediate areas of PBL.  Close to beaches and 
even a short trip (approx 1.5hr) to Ft. Lauderdale / Miami...

Vacation Rental Rates

3 Month Minimum.  No matter what month you want it is only $1700 per 
month.  $1000 Security deposit due upon contract with first 
month's rent (all non-refundable upon contract execution).  $70 
association due payable to the Palm Beach Landings association.  
$125 cleaning fee upon move out.  Includes cable, water, electricity 
(elect up to $75)!  Owner is an active licensed real estate broker 
in Florida.
