Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this classical, beautifully 
renovated 1925 Portland bungalow, near city center. This house 
awaits you in the established neighborhood of John's Landing, where 
you can enjoy the convenience of local neighborhood restaurants, a 
fully furnished kitchen and house, a deck with gas grill, 
and even a neighborhood coffee shop opening next door. Stroll along 
the river in Willamette Park. Enjoy easy access to downtown, in this 
very welcoming and comfortable, sweetly updated home. 

This lovely home has tons of original charm, with refinished fir wood 
floors, a fireplace with built-ins, original paned glass and light 
fixtures, picture mouldings, and two sets of french doors opening to 
a lovely back yard. A backyard deck, a stately and graceful willow, 
bamboo, and nice flower beds grace the backyard. 

This beautiful home features a fully furnished kitchen 
including a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 
automatic coffee maker, etc.--as well as all dishware 
and cookware, linens, cable, dvd/vcr, stereo. 

Guests also may use the gas grill on the back deck. Guests may use 
laundry facilities.

Queen bed in main bedroom. Full bed in second bedroom. Cable, 
local phone. Parking free in driveway and on-street. 
 
Central air conditioning. Sorry: No pets, no smoking on premises. 

We have been welcoming many return guests and enjoy welcoming 
visitors to our lovely city. A guidebook on local attractions is 
available for visitors as well.

$140/nt: 2-4 guests using 2 bedrooms
$910-$980/wk
4 nt minimum; shorter stays may be possible

High Season and Holiday (periods around Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas-New Year's) rates: $175/nt, $1225.00/wk
7 nt minimum; shorter stays may be possible

$80.00 cleaning fee and one percent tax added.
