Vacation Rental Description

Wygant-Overlook House is a lovingly restored (3-bedroom/1 bath) 1913 
Craftsman Home, awaiting you in the quiet, residential Overlook 
neighborhood of Portland Oregon. We welcome vacationers and business 
travelers, alike. It's an easy 3 block walk to the adidas U.S. Headquarters;
the businesses on Swan Island are just down the hill.

This fully furnished home offers both privacy and comfort. The house 
features newly refinished wood floors, a large dining room, a living 
room with a fireplace, cable, wireless high-speed internet access, 
central air, and other amenities designed to ensure you'll enjoy your 
stay. 

The backyard is fenced and private, with a gas grill. There may be 
herbs available outside the back kitchen door for meals cooked at the 
house. 

This house is in the residential Overlook Neighborhood of North 
Portland, only a seven-minute drive to the heart of downtown. Close 
to Max train and bus line. Close to newly opened restaurants and quality
groceries. 

Three bedrooms, one bathroom. (1 queen, 2 doubles). A twin bed is
available to sleep a maximum of seven ($20/nt extra). We welcome 
families- a Pack n' Play is available for families with infants. 
Other amenities include gas grill in private backyard, washer/dryer. 

Sorry--No smoking anywhere on premises. No pets. 

Hosts who maintain property intermittently occupy separate basement 
apartment with separate entrance. Renters are left to complete 
privacy in the main house. Only laundry facility is shared at rear of 
main house.

$140/nt: 1-2 guests using 1 bedroom 
$150/nt: 2-4 guests using 2 bedrooms
$165/nt: 3-6 guests using 3 bedrooms
$980-$1155/wk
5 nt minimum; shorter stays may be possible

High Season (Memorial Day- September) and Holiday (Thanksgiving, 
Christmas-New Year's) rate: $205/nt, $1435.00/wk
7 nt minimum; shorter stays may be possible

Twin bed additional $10.00/nt.
$100.00 cleaning fee and one percent tax added.
