Villa Serena is a newly completed 6000 square foot Tuscan style farmhouse and casita on 37 acres in
the foothills overlooking Tubac, Arizona. The house was built by award winning builder Tom Wuelpern
to resemble a 17th century Italian farmhouse. The house was started in 2002 and finished in 2006.

The back porch of the villa gazes out across Josephine Canyon towards the beautiful peaks of Mt.
Wrightson and Mt. Hopkins.

The farmhouse style of living has not been lost in this adobe mud revival home; you will get lost in
time in a 30 foot long interior breezeway with 100 year old wood beams and exposed earthen walls.

Upstairs floors are all antique teak from a textile mill in India which were painstakingly brought
to Arizona...There are also five sets of antique doors, some with age old stained glass transoms.

The master bedroom suite contains a separate sitting room, separate enclosed balcony room, copper
bathtub and travertine walk-in shower and another doorway to the front balcony...

Villa Serena includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 seperate
laundries, radiant heated floors, old world gourmet kitchen with
french range, wine cooler, 2 fireplaces, 42' TV with HDTV satalite,
DVD, CD player, WiFi(wireless connection), 1000 square feet of covered patios, 2 balconies, one
overlooking a 50'x80' courtyard, 2 foot thick adobe walls, office,
library, MBR sitting area and copper tub.
