Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful townhouse is situated in a quiet complex close to Tahoe 
City.  Our house is located directly on a giant open space meadow; we 
are the end unit so we have lots of privacy and an extra window in the 
living room for a light and airy feeling.  The house is beautifully 
decorated, with new granite countertops, hickory cabinets, knotty pine 
floors, a stone fireplace,and a fully equipped kitchen.  The living 
room, dining room and kitchen are downstairs with a half bath, and 
there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs.  The master 
bedroom has its own private bathroom with a window looking over the 
meadow with aspen and cottonwood trees.  There are two bedrooms with 
queen beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, sleeping a total 
of six people.  The back deck opens off of the dining room and sits 
directly on the meadow.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Lake Forest Glen complex includes two swimming pools, a spa, a 
sauna, and four tennis courts. 
  
Our house is furnished with two TV sets, cable, VCR/DVD player, 
stereo, and wireless internet. 
 
We have a lockable ski locker outside the front door for your things.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing and Snowboarding are close by at Alpine Meadows or Squaw 
Valley, (10-15 minute drive), Northstar or Homewood are about 30 
minutes away. 
 
It is just a short walk from our house down a wooded lane to the lake 
front. 
 
Tahoe City is just down the road with grocery stores, movie theater, 
shops and restaurants. 
 
We are right next to the bike trail which takes you through Tahoe City 
and up the Truckee River or down along the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. 
 
Of course in summer you can always go swimming, water skiing, river 
rafting, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, parasailing, 
boating, fishing, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200/night and up 
No cleaning fees when you stay 3 nights or more! 
 
One week minimum during Christmas and New Year's weeks: $2400-$3000/week 
Two or three night minimum at all other times 
Higher rates apply during holiday periods 
 
$150 Refundable security deposit required against damage 
or extra cleaning. 
Placer County transient occupancy tax: 10%
