Vacation Rental Description

Royal View is a spacious, detached , single storey 3 bedroom/2  
bathroom house in an elevated position, enjoying a tropical breeze  
throughout the year. There is a large rear garden where you can relax in the shade of the Mahoghany  
trees.  It has views over Royal Westmorland Golf  
Course and is adjacent to Sugar Hill (tennis,restaurant and bar).   
Both are within walking distance.    
  
We are located one mile from Holetown for Supermarket, Shopping Mall  
with duty free shops, Chattel Village (local crafts and clothes), 2  
cyber cafes, Medical Centre and Banks.  
Restaurants to suit all budgets, beach bars and rum shops.  Nightly  
entertainment at hotels.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes in which are digital safes,  
vanity units, bedside tables and reading lamps, hair dryers, coffee  
tables and chairs, standing fans and mosquito nets.

Activities and Attractions

Local Beach (half mile) offers all watersports, beach bar/cafe, Lone  
Star and Royal Pavilion restaurants. 
 
Our next door neighbour, Winfield, who is a fisherman, operates from  
this beach and we can recommended him for going swimming with the  
turtles and fishing. Also, Tony will have you water skiing in no time. (Telephone numbers on the  
notice board)  
   
Folkestone Marine Reserve information centre and snorkelling. 
 
Swimming pool at the Baku Beach Club.      
 
Our location is central for exploring the island.  Although Barbados is only a small island there is  
so much to see either by hire car or organised transport (Safari jeeps/tour buses) 
 
Walking is organised by 'Walk Barbados' every Sunday morning for the  
energetic and more casual walker or just cross over the road at the  
front of the house to walk over the golf links. 
 
Water aerobics at the Colony Club. 
 
Books and leaflets of where to go and what to do, and our  
recommendations, are in the house.  New are Lexys Piano Bar and The  
Elbow Room in Second Street.  Not to be missed on the East Coast is  
beautiful Bathsheba and the warm hospitality at the Atlantis Hotel  
where excellent Bajan Buffet lunches are served on the terrace  
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
