Royal View is the original single storey, Bajan style house with vaulted ceilings throughout and  spacious open plan living.   Covered patio and small garden, driveway with parking for two cars.  A double extension was later added to the back of the house for the owners when visiting, with the living area upstairs.  Separate parking and entrance. 

Situated at Upper Mount Standfast approx. 1/4 mile along the road from Highway 1 to Westmoreland, in an open, elevated location, enjoying a tropical breeze throughout the year.

The road opposite provides easy walking over Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, with sea views.  A short  walking distance along the road is Sugar Hill, a luxury complex with bar and restaurant.  1/2 mile on to Royal Westmoreland Golf Club.

Relax in a comfortable lounge or at the rear of the house in the large, mature, secluded garden, with loungers and garden swing with a Mahogany tree providing shade. 

Nearby our local beach offers waters sports, fishing, swimming with the turtles, dining at two top class restaurants - The Lone Star and Royal Pavilion.  Two beach bars serving food, with entertainment at Ramshackle Bar.  A local Convenience Store is nearby with bar, Pool Table and food to go.

One mile from Holetown for Supermarket, Shopping Mall, Chattel Village, 2 Cyber Cafes, 24 Hour Medical Centre, Banks, Restuarants, beach bars Rum Shops and Lime Grove Shopping Mall with Cinema.

Our location is central for exploring the island. Although Barbados is only a small island there is so much to see either by bus, hire car or organised transport (Safari jeeps/tour buses)

The rates quoted are the same all year round.

$75US   per night.  Based on one/two persons occupying one bedroom.

$10US   per night per additional persons - max 4 extra.

If  A/C is required there is a small charge of $6US per bedroom per night.

Terms - 20% deposit required on making reservation.   Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to check-in date.

Payment direct to our Barbados Bank. If this is not possible we can discuss other method of payment.
