Two week MINIMUM rental period  -  NON-SMOKING  -  Family groups ONLY 
 
This casual elegant condominium is a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath with over  
2400 square feet of luxurious space.  It is located on the 6th floor  
of Daytona Beaches' newest premier beachfront condominium.  It is  
located on north Daytona Beach, "The World's Most Famous Beach".  
Features like our dramatic columned entry foyer with a direct view  
of the ocean, 9' ceilings, crown molding, large master bath with  
whirlpool tub and seperate shower, large bedrooms, private baths,  
walk in closets, and complete laundry room, just to mention some,  
make you feel like you're at home, only better, the ocean is right  
out your door. 
 
Enjoy spectacular sunrises from the oceanfront side and relaxing  
sunsets from the Intra-Coastal Waterway side.  This unique floor  
plan  
provides direct ocean front views from the Master Bedroom Suite,  
Great/Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook, as well  
as the entry Foyer hallway.  Extra large windows and sliding glass  
door panels extend your enjoyment all the way out onto the 42' long  
balcony spanning the entire beach side and overlooking the pool and  
hot tub.  The other two large bedrooms share a sunset balcony that  
looks toward the Intra-Coastal Waterway. 
 
This is the first time this lovely unit is available on the vacation  
rental market.  The beautiful new furniture, furnishings, accents  
and  
linens were chosen with great care and professional expertise to  
create for you the perfect beach retreat. 
 
The living room features a large entertainment center with a 32"  
television and a dvd/vcr combo player.  The sofa, loveseat and  
accent  
chairs provide ample seating space.  Assorted movies, books and  
games  
are provided for your enjoyment when you're not out on "The World's  
Most Famous Beach" or enjoying Daytona's varied events and  
activities. 
The Loveseat opens into a single bed to allow for an extra guest.   
The gorgeous 60" round dining table seats 8 with ease.  The  
breakfast  
nook has additional dining space for four.  The oceanside balcony  
also has a lovely bistro set where you can enjoy coffee as the sun  
rises. 
 
The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove, microwave oven,  
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee  
maker, plates, silverware, pots and pans, even a waffle maker. 
 
The huge Master Bedroom suite's focal point is the elegant four  
poster king size bed (the deluxe Jamison latex mattress will make  
you  
want to stay forever) and the fabulous ocean view out the large  
glass  
doors.  The entertainment armoire houses a 25" televison with a  
dvd/vcr combo player.  There are places to curl up and read or sit  
and enjoy an afternoon cup of tea.  The large walk-in closet has  
been  
custom fitted by California Closet.  The elegant Master Bath has  
double sinks, wall mounted hair dryer, a large whirlpool tub  
surrounded by columns and a separate large shower. 
  The second bedroom has a private bath.  It is furnished with  
stunning furniture creating a traditional look.  The queen size bed  
has a luxury pillow-top mattress. This bedroom has its own private  
bath and sunset balcony looking toward the Intra-coastal Waterway.   
This room has a walk-in closet and TV/VCR. 
   The third bedroom has an attic heirloom queen size (same mattress  
as above) four poster bed, reading chair and shares the sunset  
balcony with bedroom two.  This room has a walk-in closet and TV/VCR. 
The third bath is located across the hall from this bedroom. 
 
Each bedroom boasts custom bedding, 300+ thread count linens, lots  
of  
luxurious pillows and resort style bathrobes.  Each room has a  
ceiling fan, alarm clock, TV/VCR, hairdryer, and a small assortment  
of books and movies for your use. 
 
Our condo is equipped with a complete laundry room that has a large  
capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. 
 
This is a non-smoking condominium. 
 
We cater to family groups.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include the following:  The Daytona Motor Speedway hosts  
race enthusiasts year round and is home to the Daytona 500, the  
Coca Cola 400, the NASCAR museum, and many other events throughout the year;   
23 miles of white sandy beaches;  biking, golf, fishing and  
beachcombing;  The Daytona Beach pier and boardwalk hosts  
restaurants, amusement rides and specialty shops;  Close to Walt  
Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the Kennedy Space  
Center.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates start at $1,500 per week in non-peak seasons and $2,100  
per week during peak seasons.  TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL.  Rates change  
during special event weeks. Rates for four weeks or more may be  
negotiated based on availability, during non-peak seasons.  Rates  
are subject to 12.5% sales tax.
