Myrtle Beach, SC.The family will love this beachfront condo that is conveniently located to all the 
amusements, shops, and dining - Alligator Adventure is only a 5 minute drive, and just 20 minutes 
South is the brand New Hard Rock Theme Park! The property offer an oceanfront outdoor pool and 
sundeck. Limited covered parking is available on a first come first serve basis; there is overflow 
parking across the street. 
Unit 102 is on the 1st floor (not ground level) of this 6-story building. Crescent Dunes has been a 
favorite on the beach for years - it is comfortable, affordable, and convenient! This is a 3 
bedroom, 
2 full bath, spacious condo. The oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and master 
bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third 
bedroom 
has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen sleeper. Linens and departure 
cleaning are included at no additional cost. 
Crescent Dunes unit 102 has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. Enjoy the laid-
