Vacation Rental Description

Whether you are looking for a vacation rental or searching for  
a future retirement home, Ocean Village on Florida's Central East  
Coast offers more amenities for your vacation dollar than just about  
any oceanfront resort in Florida. This quiet, peaceful resort is  
located in Ft. Pierce on South Hutchinson Island about 90 minutes  
north of West Palm Beach, 2 hours to Disney World, 1/2 hour north of  
Stuart, 15 minutes from Jensen Beach and 1/2 hour south of Vero  
Beach. The complex is located 2 miles south of the northern tip of  
South Hutchinson Island. The condo is a ground floor 1BR villa in  
the Ocean Villas II cluster with a view of the golf course. It  
features a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa  
sleeper in a living room that is fully furnished. It is  
centrally located within the resort and is a short 200 yard walk  
from a beautiful beach.  No-smoking, please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen comes fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, ice- 
maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc.  The condo has a washer  
and dryer, telephone, 2 TV's, 2 VCR/DVD players, alarm clock and  
hair dryer. There is an ironing board and iron.  Also, there is a  
set of golf clubs that are available to play the 9 hole executive  
course, which is located directly in front of the condo.  It is only  
$3.00 to play for guests. The complex includes a  
heated olympic size pool with a jacuzzi, kiddie pool and tiki bar  
which serves drinks and light fare.  There are 10 lit tennis courts,  
racket ball courts, basketball court and workout room. For those who  
want fine dining close to home, there is a first class restaurant  
located directly across the fairway, a 1 minute walk.

Activities and Attractions

The private beach, which is a mile long, offers a peaceful setting  
to enjoy the sun or try your hand at surf fishing.  The untouched  
natural area south of the complex is exciting to explore via  
numerous County Parks.  You will see different types of birds,  
turtles and fish.  For golfing aficionados,there are numerous  
championship golf courses all within a 40 minute drive.  The  
Grapefruit Baseball League is within a half hour drive.  The LA  
Dodgers and the NY Mets both have training camps nearby. If fishing  
is your thing, there are charter boats available at the nearby Fort  
Pierce Marina.  Also, many people like to fish from the South Jetty  
Pier.  Don't feel like leaving the resort?  That's OK, too.  Tune in  
to Cable Channel 63 to check out the many activities offered daily.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are from $450 - $700 per week, depending on the season.   
Discounts are given to those who rent by the month.
