    This Contemporary Reverse Living Home is located on the Bayside 
of Brighton Beach. It has three (3) spacious deck's all with Bay 
view's.Ideal for a family of 6 to 8 people. Located on a quiet street 
two short block's from Ocean beach. - FAMILIES ONLY

Vacation Rental Amenities

    This 11 year old house has Central Air plus Ceiling Fan's in each 
room. Washer/Dryer. Living Room has a Gas Fireplace with Bay view. 
Fully equipped Eat In Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee 
Maker, Ice Maker and other appliances.Dining Room.Master Bedroom has 
a Queen Size bed, with a 6' Sliding Glass Door opening onto a large 
shaded deck. Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with whirlpool tub 
and separate shower. Two other bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. A full 
Bathroom is outside these rooms. The 4th Bedroom/TV room has a double 
Pull-Out Bed. It has a 1/2 BathRoom, Cable TV, VCR/DVD with numerous 
VCR & DVD movies. Bring your Port. computer DSL available.                                      
Weber Gas Grill is located on the upper deck. 
Enclosed Double Garage plus other off street parking on property - up 
to (4). Rear Yard has a Cement Patio for Picnic Table next to Outside 
Shower. Six (6) Beach Badges Included. Sorry no pets.

   Island Living: Guarded Beach, Boating, Fishing, Biking, Sunsets, 
Ice Cream and Etc. Close By: Restaurants, Movie Theater, Shops and
