jan 8th-may 31st 2008  $9500 + tax/deposit/cleaning  1 month rental
notes:rentals with holidays subject to surcharge.       
summer
june 1-nov 1 2008      $7000 + tax/deposit/cleaning  1 month rental
notes:rentals with holidays subject to surcharge at a premium rate                                                          
a refundable security deposit of $2500 for bookings 
and  subject to adhering to the terms 
and conditions of your rental agreement.The property will be 
inspected on your departure.No dates are held until deposit 
received.rates can change at anytime and 
price include water,electric,air con,cable Tv (basic pack,PPV extra) 
lawn care,pool care,local telephone calls(long distance extra).Rates 
are non negotiable.

Note: We only accept a maximum of 6 Adults per booking/Rental Period 
8 persons maximum,no exceptions
We do not accept Private Functions/Commercial Use or Large Parties 
at 
our home during the rental period by anyone. (Failure to Comply 
would 
result in Guests being asked to Vacate & Deposit being non-
refundable) Minimum Rental is 1 month no less. Please 
check our on-line calendar before making an inquiry for any dates.
