of unit opens to a large, heated pool. From the pool, there is a
view of the intracoastal waterway. There is a large fishing dock
and a walkway right on the intracoastal.
Condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Bedroom has a queen size bed and
a large closet. French doors open from the bedroom to a sunny,
sitting room. Living area features a queen size pull-out sleeper
sofa and a tv with DVD / VCR. Dining area includes a dry bar and a
table which seats 4 adults comfortably. The kitchen is fully
stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Large
bathroom has a two person (dual shower head) shower. There is tile
througout the unit with carpet in the bedroom. This lovely condo is
tastefully decorated and has many nice details including: granite
countertops, crown moulding, lots of windows, horizontal blinds,
etc.
This is a first floor unit with very easy access. Parking spaces
are directly behind back door of unit. You will only need to carry
your bags a few steps. NO stairs to climb.
