The Mytle Beach Resort is a gated 33 acre ocean front resort with many amenities for a great family
vacation. There are four outdoor pools, two indoor and a fun lazy river area with kids play pools.
There is a large ocean front cabana bar and grill with live entertainment. Fun! Fun! Fun!

Our condo was newly remodled in 2006. All new appliances,
furniture, lighting, carpet, tile and paint. The design has a fresh
beachy atmosphere. There is a queen size bed with full bath in the
master Bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds with a full
bath off the hallway. The queen sofa sleeper will sleep 2 in
the living room.
Two glass sliding doors lead out onto the large balcony with great
views of the ocean looking north up the coastline. Just Beautiful!

The Weekly rates include, new linens,towels, and departure cleaning. If you'd like to bring your own
linens and towels we can reduce the rate by $60.
ADD 11% accomodation Tax. We do require a $250 security deposit that will be
refunded to you after the condo is cleaned and inspected for any damamges. Must be 23
years of age to rent. No Pets. This is a No Smoking Unit. Rentals
are Saturday to Saturday. Check out 10am and Check in 3pm. October-
March monthly winter rental rates available.
