This first floor 2 BR garden home has a den with a sleeper sofa and two full baths. It
sleeps six comfortably. Located on the sixth fairway of a beautiful gof course. The home is new, spacious and fully
furnished.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, entertainment center with cable TV and its own
full bathroom with a glass shower and separate tub. The guest bedroom has two
twin beds and is located next to another full bath.
The living room has a couch and love seat in front of an entertainment center with TV,
DVD player and stereo with CD player.
The eat in kitchen has all appliances, dishes, pots and pans. There is a screened in lanai
and 1 car garage.
Beach towels, tennis rackets, all linens, vacuum cleaner,iron and board, washer and dryer are
there for the tenants use.
Transferrable golf membership is available.
