Lovely, newly renovated in 2006. What charmers! Now officially Lake
County's first and only Green Certified Lodging Establishment.
Choose from either a one or two bedroom. Located in the heart of
downtown Mt. Dora. Full
kitchen, cable TV, wireless high speed internet, local telephone,
central heat & air and laundry facilities. We are pet friendly to
friendly pets.
Property has a total of four cottages. One downstairs unit is a two
bedroom with queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa. The other three
units are 1 bedroom.
Rollaway beds are available for extra guests.
The Nantucket Cottage has a king size bed that may be converted to
two twins for extra convenience.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Only one block and a very short walk to the center of downtown Mt.
Dora. One complimentary gourmet brunch at the 5th Avenue. Cafe
included with weekend reservation. Come and enjoy Lake County and

Vacation Rental Rates

$99.00 nightly or $459.00 for five nights. Sunday through Thursday for
any of the one
bedroom cottages.
Valid through September!!!
In Season: Oct. 1st thru April 30th. 1 bedroom units are $149 -
$169 per night, $ 810 weekly and $2200 monthly (plus tax). 2
bedroom unit is $245 per night ($195 weekday rate Sunday through
Thursday), $985 weekly and $2600 monthly (plus tax). All utilities,
cable TV, wireless high speed internet, local phone and laundry
facilities are included. All rates based on double occupancy.
Extra persons are $35 per night.
Off Season: May 1st thru Sept. 30th. 1 bedroom units are $99 -
$159 per night for weekends and $99 per night on weekdays, $500
weekly and $1400 monthly (plus tax). 2 bedroom unit is $195 per
night ($175 weekday rate Sunday through Thursday). $885 weekly and
$1400 monthly. All rates based on double occupancy. Extra persons
are $35 per night.
