Lovely, newly renovated in 2008. What charmers! Now officially Lake
County's first and only Green Certified Lodging Establishment by FL DEP.
Choose from either a one or two bedroom cottage. Located in the heart of quiet
Downtown Historic Distric a block from Donnelly Park and you can walk everywhere. Full kitchen, cable TV + DVD, wireless high speed internet, central heat & air and laundry facilities.

We are pet friendly to friendly pets. We can accommodate pets in
the Garden Cottage and the Nantucket Cottage. Restrictions on pet breeds
and fees apply. We can also accommodate children.

Property has a total of four cottages. One downstairs unit is a two
bedroom with  two queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa. The other three
units are 1 bedroom.  Rollaway beds are available for extra guests.
The Nantucket Cottage has a king size bed that may be converted to
two twins for extra convenience.
