ride.  The 55+ retirement community is located on a canal which can  
be viewed from front porch.  The lanai has a beatiful view of heated  
pool and has a caribbean feel.   
 
The condo has an open layout with spacious 1200 sq ft.  There are  
2 large bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen  
fully furnished for all needs, and extra sleeping in living room for  
guests.  Villa style with no steps or elevators.  Covered carport  
for one car and extra parking for additional cars. 
 
No smoking. Small house trained, quiet dogs accepted with additional  
deposit.
