is located mid-island, directly across from Publix Grocery Store.
Park your car and ride the entire length of the island for only 25
cents on our local trolley, which stops directly in front of our
building! Plenty of shopping available just two miles away, in
either direction, at Times Square or Villa Santini. Restaurants
abound! If you like shelling and breath-taking sunsets, this is the
place to be! This is a non-smoking unit for rental to one or two
persons. Perfect for a Honeymoon or Romantic Get-a-way!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Professionally decorated, 3rd floor condo with gorgeous view of gulf!
Every detail has been coordinated to create a unique caribbean
decor - everything from parrot artwork to a grass bedskirt - this is
truly a "Tommy Bahama" flavor! Gorgeous new furniture throughout.
Bedroom offers a Queen bed with awesome view of the gulf. The
living room offers two sofas and another great view of the ocean!
Lanais, with seating, compliment both the bedroom and living room.
Newly refurbished bath/dressing area offers a walk-in shower w/seat
and a walk-in closet. All amenities have been funished for your
convenience - including all cooking/dining utensils, towels
(including beach towels) and bed linens. Kitchen is equipped with
new appliances, including a full size refrigerator, range, oven,
microwave, and dishwasher. Other small appliances include
coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. The Shores offers beautiful
sunrises and sunsets from an ocean front deck with tiki huts and
lounge chairs for your enjoyment. You are literally just a few
yards from the ocean! Grounds are beautifully landscaped with palm
trees, seagrapes, and other tropical foliage. For your convenience
The Shores has under-building parking, an elevator, coin-operated
laundry facility and on-site management. No pets. No Smoking.
Activities and Attractions
There is a lot to do in our area. Golf courses are nearby. Fishing
charters are available. The choices are endless! Parasailing,
jetskiing and other water activities are available, dinner &
gambling cruises daily, enjoy a bike or scooter rental, or relax
with a good book and listen to the ocean just outside your door.
Whether your pleasure is sightseeing, sunning, swimming, shopping,
shelling, golfing, going to a movie, having a delicious dinner in a
great restaurant, sipping a cool drink as you relax under one of our
Tiki huts, or just watching a fabulous sunset - you will never tire
of this little hideaway on the beach. You can do a little, a lot, or

No Pets - No Smoking
7 night minimum stay. (Arrival/departure any day of the week)
Special monthly rates available May thru October, 2008 - $1,900 p/month.
