Vacation Rental Description

Villa Velas Vallarta is a 4 bdrm (only 4 bdrm unit in the complex)  
beachfront private condo located within  
the Velas Vallarta Suite Resort & Hotel located in Marina Vallarta.  
It has a huge 900 sq. ft. beachfront  
terrace overlooking the bay.  
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer stack  
center, central a/c, cable tv, dvd player, private phone line (local  
calls are included in the rate free of charge).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Velas Vallarta is located on a lush 10 acre, ocean front site,  
within walking distance of a professional 18-hole golf course, as  
well as the most modern marina in Mexico, Marina Puerto Vallarta,  
with more than 300 yacht-sized slips. This 4 bedroom condo offers a  
breathtaking ocean view of the magnificent Bay of Banderas. There  
are three beautifully landscaped swimming pools just steps away,  
including one with a waterfall, that provide refreshing setting for  
sunbathing and relaxing. 
The complex has a world class restaurant, coffee shop, liquor store,  
massage salon. Room service is also available.  
You may also purchase an all inclusive package at the front desk if  
you wish.

Activities and Attractions

Other amenities include a Concierge desk and highly qualified  
bilingual staff, 2 restaurants located on site, 24 hours currency  
exchange, a travel agency which can organize a variety of excursions  
including different water sports, horseback-riding, and guided  
jungle tours, a shopping arcade with mini-market and several  
boutiques, as well as Laundry and valet service. Room service is  
offered from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Maid service is included once per  
week (there is a $49 charge per day for additional days). Medical  
service and an American staffed AmeriMed Hospital is less than 5  
min. away (they accept most US insurance plans). Safety deposit  
boxes are also available. Service gratuites are not included in the  
rate.

Our rates for 2008 are: 
 
Summer   (May/01-Oct/15                 $   315 p/night         
Winter   (Oct/15-Apr/30):               $   435 p/night         
Holiday   Weekly Only                   $ 3,450 p/week         
 
Our rates for 2009 are: 
 
Summer   (May/01-Oct/15                 $   330 p/night         
Winter   (Oct/15-Apr/30):               $   450 p/night         
Holiday   Weekly Only                   $ 3,590 p/week         
Rates do not include local taxes. 
 
Holidays: Christmas, New Year`s, Thanksgiving & Easter weeks. 
 
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (4 adults + 6 children under 16) 
 
We can place a 7 day hold on your reservation until your deposit  
arrives (subject to availability), after this hold period expires a  
50% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. 
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
A security deposit equal to 1 night´s rate (when rented weekly) is required with final  
payment, and is returned within 7 days of departure. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: 
 
1.- There is a one night, per-week-rented, non-refundable  
cancellation fee.  
2.- In case the cancellation is made 31 or more days  prior to  
arrival  a full refund will be extended only if  we are able to re- 
rent the casa for the exact dates of your reservation, non- 
refundable cancellation fees will apply.  
3.- We are sorry, there is no refund for cancellations made 30 days  
or less prior to your arrival.
