Summer--Enjoy quiet fishing off the private dock; set sail to a  
relaxing excursion; hiking through the trails; or even race mountain  
bike through the back woods... 
 
Winter--Enjoy the snow covered hills right from bed in every room.   
Build your snow sculptures right on the back yard, race your skies  
down Big Bear's ski areas, which is only minutes away...   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hum... what amenities do we have...  Well, let's start with one full  
suite master bedroom with fire place and spa tub, Amazon rain  
shower, and two bedrooms with one full bath, and also one additional  
full bathroom with rain shower...  Now the kitchen--Viking 6 extra  
power burners and one grill, enough to handle cooking for a small  
rioting crowd, oh, a commercial venting system to keep your view of  
the lake clear of country smog...  a fridge is provided and stores  
are walking distance..  Oh, we also have a outdoor gas BBQ unit for  
your needs.  Washer and dryer are at your access also.  And, yes,  
that photo of the dock, that is right behind the house for your  
private use during your stay!

Activities and Attractions

Summer--Water activities, fishing, hiking, mountain biking,  
shopping, golfing, horseback riding, or even birdwatching... 
Winter--Skiing, snowboarding, tire sledding, horseback riding,  
fishing, hiking, shopping, etc. 
 
There is a Sony Playstation 2 at the house (bring your PS2 games and  
DVD movies).  Blockbuster is also within 10 minutes of driving  
distance.   
 
Of course, starting a warm fire and gaze at the stars at night is  
always an option.

Vacation Rental Rates

Best valued vacation rental in Big Bear.  Sleeps 14+, also 2 more  
air mattress; can accomodate up to 18 individuals. 
 
Stay rates (2 Nites minimum, except holidays below.) 
$900 per stay (first 2 nights) + $250 per additional night.  Stay to  
not exceed 20 days.   
 
 
HOLIDAYS: 
Fourth of July weekend (smell the fireworks [yes, that close] and  
enjoy the lake)--$900 per stay (first 2 nights) + $250 per  
additional night. 
Thanksgiving Week--$4,000 per week; or $1500 per night 
Christmas Week--$4,500 per week; or $1800 per night 
New Years Week--$4,500 per week; or $1800 per night 
 
 
--Refundable security deposit $800 (we are pretty good with security  
deposits.  If there are no damages, you will get this FedEx back to  
you in less than one week.  Also, future stays will have security  
deposits waived.) 
--Cleaning fee $250 per stay 
--Reservation deposit of half of cost of stay to be paid for  
securing reservation. Reservation deposit is fully refundable if  
cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.  Remaining balance to be  
paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival date. 
--We keep an accurate calendar, if it shows available, it is  
available. (Sorry if we sound rude, but we get tons of emails on if  
whatever dates is available. Thanks for your understanding.) 
--Calculation of cost of staying is simple--we count number of  
nights stayed.   
--Unless otherwise requested, 'checkout' time is 1pm. 
--We do not warrant snow conditions. For snow conditions, please  
google for snowsummit ski resort. 
--We also can not warrant lake conditions, weather condition, or  
road conditions.   
--Keys and remote controls will be UPS or FedEx'd to you one week  
prior to your stay. 
--Security deposit--Once you check out, we will send our manager to  
inspect the property.  When the manager verifies the good condition,  
we will generate the check on the following business day.  The  
security deposit check will be UPS or FedEx'd back to you.  If there  
are damages, we will issue an accounting report detailing the  
damages. 
--You are to sign a Vacation Lease contract and must supply a copy  
of credit report (check google for free credit report.)  We can pull  
a copy of your credit report, but there will be an additional fee of  
$25.00. 
--If property is left in satisfactory condition, future stay will  
not need credit report and security deposit is waived.
