Family Friendly Home w/Pool, 52"TV, Internet & Toys in Disney Area

We love are family and yours too!

Our home is the most family friendly near Walt Disney World. With my husband's family living in the Greater Orlando area, we use our home on a regular basis, you know it has all the amenities you need to make your trip comfortable and easy.

We have Themed Rooms, Toys, DVD Collection (100 Great Titles), Video Games, Dress Up Box, Board Games, Books for the kids, Wagons, High Chair, Strollers and other needed kid items. A Large Screen TV, High Speed Internet with WiFi, iPOD docking station for the adults. Don't forget the Large 30' pool in the backyard. The pool has a screen enclosure and the yard is fenced for your privacy.

Shopping is at the entrance of the subdivision and a Walmart Super Center just 1/2 mile further. It doesn't take long to pick up what you need and start enjoying your vacation. There is a cute "town square" just down the street where you can go for a nice dinner or some old fashion ice cream.

While our family helps maintain the home, we have professional Lawn, Pool and Cleaning Service, so no need to worry about having "chores."

We have Location, Location, Location....
Walt Disney World and all other major Orlando attractions are just miles away. There are many superb golf courses to choose from too. Although it is close to the excitement and attractions, our rental home is in a quiet, well kept community that is as beautiful as the name sounds. There is a large park area as you drive to our home (in our subdivision) where the children can play for hours, running, hiding or having a picnic. There is a playground structure nearby as well for the younger ones. It is a fabulous location.

At the entrance to community you will find for your convenience a shopping plaza which includes a restaurants, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, gas station and a bank.

Our home comfortably accommodates 10 adults in beds with additional sleeping space on a sleeper sofa and there is a crib available at no extra charge. Upon entering the home you will instantly feel welcomed and refreshed. The home's Royal decor will lift your spirits after a busy day enjoying all that Orlando has to offer by enveloping you it's luxuries.

We also have available, at no additional charge, a crib, a high chair, a booster seat, a stroller, wagon and other infant needs.

The pool has a full screen enclosure and there are alarms on all windows and doors that have access to the pool.

There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer, two car attached garage and all linens are provided.
