Juniper Patch is a stunning, bright, cheery, and completely renovated home. Included in the recent renovations are a new bath and kitchen eating area
downstairs, plus a gorgeous master bath upstairs, which compliments
the existing third bathroom on that floor. An expansive, flowing
floorplan provides unobstructed water views from seven of nine
rooms, with hardwood floors leading from a gracious entry way to a
suuny living room, with French doors opening onto an elevated
deck ideal for relaxation or entertaining. Tastefully funrnished
with many antiques and soft colors, the work of Maine artists adorn
the walls of this unique home. Outside, a large grassy expanse,
bordered with lilacs, creates a private and exclusive setting; on the other three sides of the property are lawns, six perennial gardens bursting with color,
bluebery and blackberry bushes,and four apple trees. A deeded right
of way to the sea leads to Potts Harbor for a refreshing swim in the
setting sun or a stroll to Bar Island at low tide.

Day excursions include a 45 minute ride to Boothbay Harbor where
ferries depart for Mohengan Island. Nearby Brunswick offers a twice
weekly farmers'market, nightly summer theatre and music concerts,
and a public golf course is twelve miles up the road. Short ride to
many restaurants, antique shops, and art galleries, plus Popham
Beach and Reed State Park, boat rides to Admiral Perry's island and
summer residence, seal watching, fishing excursions, and tennis.
And, only a twenty minute ride on pcturesque back roads to the shops
and restaurants of fabulous Freeport.
