BREATHTAKING VIEW - GREAT LOCATION! 
 
          
We do not rent off summer.  Thank you. 
 
Gorgeous two story, single family beach house (all yours!) on the 
sand/boardwalk. We have parking for three cars - a true luxury at the 
beach. Thanks to a great housekeeper, the beach house is super clean  
by anyones standards.  We are located between 8th and 9th street in a  
VERY RESIDENTIAL area between the two piers.  We rent to families only! 
 
The view is amazing!!!!  From the kitchen, living room, master 
bedroom, you will see beach, ocean, waves, sail boats, Catalina Island 
- Breathtaking!!!!  It is a vacation to remember for a lifetime. 
 
The master bedroom has a California king, walk-in closet, master bath, 
vaulted ceiling, TV and the view! You will wake up to the sun rising 
over the ocean and watch the sunset behind Catalina Island at night.  
The second upstairs bedroom has a CA King and third upstairs bedroom 
has two twins.  The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Quality linens 
are provided. The beach house sleeps eight and that is the max number 
of guests - we are located in a residential area of the boardwalk. Thanks! 
 
The house has ALL amenities including cable internet connection.  The 
beach house is very clean, well appointed and has amazing views from the 
kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom!

The beach house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a max of 8 guests.  (1 king, 
1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen) Quality bed linens and three bathrooms 
with towel sets for 8 are included. 
 
We also have a Gas Fireplace, 3 Cable TVs, Cable Internet connection, 
DVD, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Alarm Clocks, Full Kitchen: Cooking 
utensils provided, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Service for 12, Microwave, 
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Towels (complete sets for 8), 
Quality Linens, Front Loading Washer, Dryer, 2 Car Garage plus an 
extra space, Gas Grill (BBQ), No Smoking, No pets, No students/groups

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent June - Sept $7700/week* 
*Single families not multiples  
*Price INCLUDES Cleaning Fee, 10% City Tax and Quality Linens 
*July and August book as a month 
 
All weeks are 3 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday. 
We do not rent outside of summer. Thank you. 
 
The Security Deposit is $300 by separate check for easy refund.
