Minimum rental of one week.

Summer Season (April 1 through September 30):
$ 800 Weekly
$ 1,800 Monthly

Winter Season (October 1 through March 31):
$ 900 Weekly
$2,000 Monthly

Event Weeks - 1,200

Rates are subject to change unless deposit is
received and reservation confirmed.

To secure the date, a $300 refundable security deposit is
required. For stays greater than one month, a $500 refundable
security deposit is required.

Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to scheduled visit. If you
are making a reservation within the month, the rent and deposit is
due at the same time.

Deposit less $80.00 cleaning fee will be returned if there are no
damages or excessive cleaning required.

No refund given if cancellation is made less than 14 days before
scheduled visit.
